My good friend and longtime teammate @thesierra42  drops in for a very motivating talk.  Ed is the first black officer to hold the rank of Staff Sergeant with the @windsorpolice and was the first black tactical officer on our unit.  Ed's accomplishments and resume speak for themselves and transcend well beyond the colour of his skin.  Now, he is using his platform to inspire youth and motivate the youth in our city with this very profound message.
