The Calling

After spending some time as a Senior Executive in a Public Trading Company and helping people solve problems and work-life balance,  Jeff is more significant in helping employees to work better than work for him. Upon receiving positive feedbacks, Jeff believed that it was his calling to make the lives of people better.

It is only after some time that Jeff figured out to make a difference where his purpose associates with his career. Jeff stated that in entrepreneurship, "it is important to find something that connects with the core of who you are" to keep motivated and focus.

Dr.Jeff  Standrige is the Managing Director of InnovationJunkie and  Former Vice President for Acxiom Corporation, he has led established and startup businesses in North & South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Jeff serves as Managing Director for the Conductor, Co-founder of Cadron Capital Partners, and teaches Entrepreneurial Finance & Innovation Leadership in the College of Business at the University of Central Arkansas.
