In this episode, Dan and Scott discuss Uff-Da Bock. Uff-da was New Glarus' second beer released and it's recipe dates back to the very beginnings of Dan's brewing career. Uff-da also holds a special place in Dan's brewing journey as it is a beer that found its way into the hands of beer writer Michael Jackson and is partly responsible for Dan landing an apprenticeship in Germany.
