Today I chat about this perception that we need to have a perfect body. Spoiler alert its not real and never will be!
It's become so much harder managing your weight as a midlife woman and having to continually feel like we have to be a certain person or look a certain way and I am trying to stop that conversation.
Yes I continually struggle with my own perception of the perfect body however I have people supporting me while I learn to change my mindset, nutrition and exercise routine.
I used to think being a body builder was the best and having this perfect body what it wasn't. Even on stage I thought I wasn't good enough, crazy right and I came second in one particular comp.
I want you to consider what a perfect body means to you and why it is so important because you might find the real reason why you think you need to have this perfect body. I would love for you to share what you find so I can help guide you if you are struggling with this perception.
