Stepfionne is the owner of Your Leverage Concierge, a real estate transaction coordination company that offers Transaction Coordination and Listing Coordination services to real estate agents allowing them to buy back their time and focus on generating new business. Stepfionne began her career in real estate in 2017 as the Executive Assistant for The Marian Home Group. She quickly realized that the part of real estate she enjoyed the most was managing transactions and keeping things on track. In 2019, while still working as the Executive Assistant for The Marian Home Group, Stepfionne began her business. Her desire is for other real estate admin to find their niche in this amazing field and courageously work towards creating the life of their dreams.
