Hi friends! Last week I decided I wanted to change my life YET AGAIN, so I took to ChatGPT and told it to make me a new workout plan. I filmed (almost) everyday this week with what workouts I did and the thoughts they inspired. This was a really fun challenge for me, and I hope you enjoy and maybe get some inspiration from the workouts, takeaways, or maybe both!! Happy listening!!

Monday🍓

  • QUADS:
  • Goblet squats
  • Leg extension
  • Leg press
  • Split squat
  • Calf raises
  • Back squats
  • HEELS CLASS


Tuesday🌱

  • STEADY-STATE CARDIO + CORE:
  • 20–30 min jog
  • 20-30 MIN stairmaster at moderate pace
  • Core
  • Weighted leg raises
  • Weighted deadbugs
  • Planks
  • MUAY THAI


Wednesday🌷

  • GLUTES:
  • Hip thrusts
  • Step ups
  • Cable kickbacks
  • Back extensions
  • RDLs
  • Step back lunges
  • Finisher: 30 sec sprint → 90 sec walk/jog | Repeat 6–8 rounds


Thursday🦋

  • UPPER BODY:
  • Shoulder press
  • Lat raises
  • Bicep curls
  • Dumbbell chest press
  • Lat pulldown
  • Mid pull or jpg pull
  • MUAY THAI


Friday🥭

  • REST & ACTIVE RECOVERY
  • Walk, stretch, yoga, foam roll


Saturday🌞

  • ALTERNATIVE FIGHT CONDITIONING + CORE
  • Mountain Climbers 
  • Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • Dumbbell Snatches
  • Jump Lunges
  • Plank Shoulder Taps

(30 sec each, 4-5 rounds)


Sunday💌

  • LOWER ACCESSORY + PLYOS
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Walking lunges
  • Box jumps
  • Deadlifts
  • Single leg glute bridge
