This week's guest is Dr. Brian Ruggeberg. He has had an incredible career in the consulting space and currently is the Managing Partner, Director at Kincentric. He received his Master's in Psychology from Old Dominion University and his Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Old Dominion University.
