This week was a very powerful episode about how I have overcome the dieting merry go round. It's truly been a journey of self discovery and how frustrating it is to hear so many women who struggle with this life.
Dieting has its purpose for a short time especially if you are a athlete but most of us are not.
Being at peace with our bodies, our food, our life is where I am wanting to teach you more about and how you can overcome the frustration of what the yo yo dieting brings.
For too long we have been under a spell by social media, magazine covers, influeners and so called celebrities that think this dieting world is what makes you happy. I have been at a place where I was my best but inside I was so unhealthy and dying inside from being unhappy and not enjoying life.
I want you to think about why you diet? When did you think it started? What makes you want to keep dieting? Think about these questions, journal them out and let's find out what is truly going on and let's move forward in a much more positive and healthier way of living.
