This week's guest is Michael Leytem. Michael has a background in I/O psychology, receiving his Master's in I/O from Minnesota State University. He is currently the founder and CEO of Catching Leadership, has worked as a consultant at multiple companies, including KPMG, and has written not one but two books! His current book, which just came out, "Keep Your Head In The Wind," is all about mindfulness in leadership. We get to have a great discussion with Michael about his process for writing this book and some of the lessons you can find from within. This is definitely an episode worth checking out.
