I would argue that almost all of us experience negative body image days. I consider myself to have a postive body image, but I also get days where I don’t feel great. There are so many factors that can make us feel crap about ourselves, but it is so often purely our perception on any given day, rather than reality. Donna & I discuss some simple tips & we are open and honest about our own struggles with negative body image days. Acceptance is a beautiful place to arrive at with regards to our bodies. We could all benefit from going a bit easier on ourselves & being kinder to ourselves. We will never hate ourselves into loving our bodies.
