My guest and I have known each other for about 2.5 years. We first met at an in person event for Apex back in October 2020. He was one of the first people I actually met in that group, and it’s been amazing to see his growth and journey along the way. He’s now also a client of ours for the past year plus.

Today’s guest is Josh Duke. He is the Owner & Founder at Duke Real Estate Asset Management and President at We Love Homes Dallas. 

Josh Duke, a former Engineer who decided to make a drastic career change and dive into the world of real estate investing. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Josh made the bold move to quit his 6-figure JOB and pursue his passion for Real Estate Investing, even with a child on the way. 

He couldn't resist the feeling of never giving it a chance. Fast forward to today, and Josh has made millions through his real estate investments with his sales team. With a track record of buying and selling hundreds of properties within the last few years, Josh leads a team that is dedicated to creating a lasting legacy for themselves and being the very best and continues to expand his business.
