This week's episode I go into details about my experience with birth control and my opinions of it now. Not having been informed when I started taking it in high school, it led to further not knowing my body. Knowing yourself as a woman is the most intimate way to connect with yourself, those around you, and most importantly, God.

I go into details of the ways our bodies as womenchange, and how great I feel now being off of birth control. From a health and spiritual standpoint, being without has transformed my life.
