4 Steps to Realign to sacred union and your highest relationship timeline.

I've been asked this question again and again since I seperated from my daughters father in November 2019.

No one can tell you if your relationship is over, it's something you have to discern for yourself, but in this episode I provide 4 guidelines of a way to come home to yourself, realign and make an empowered decision about whether to stay or go.

I am a big advocate of conscious love, sacred union, partnership - and also, moving beyond the view that a relationship ending is a failure.

Failure, to me, is staying past the season when the relationship is over, where it is no longer serving you, or the other in a way that it most supportive of love, healing, expansion and growth.

This episode is jam packed with grounded advice about what to do if you're navigating the murky waters of should I stay, or should  I go, and it's also relevant for anyone who wants to have a sacred union and conscious relationship,  as these are things we should be dropping into regularly to recalibrate to Self and set up for success in Sacred union.
