Imagine your routine on coming home from work. Do you immediately turn on the Tv, cook dinner, change clothes, sit down, meditate? Whatever your activity of stillness is upon getting home, think about how it feels. Now take this energy and imagine how it could feel to return to that mindset throughout your day.
Are you aware of your surroundings? Are YOU at the centre, or is your mind thinking of future actions you have/need to do?
In this episode we look at what re-aligning with inner stillness is, and how it heightens being in the present moment as well as opening doors to "I am". Not only do you come home after a long day of work, but you can "come home" to yourself.
