Have you ever wondered how we know that Jesus really died? Today we are talking about how we know Jesus actually died and was buried in the tomb. Some critics of the story of the resurrection argue that maybe Jesus never really died, but was put in the tomb, recovered, and walked out. However, we have ample evidence that point to the death of Jesus. In fact, we can narrow it down to pretty much the exact year, day, and time of death (with a few debates which we discuss!)
We also discuss some church history and how I feel the church should focus more on the Old Testament and history of the Jewish people.
We talk about communion, passover, jewish traditions, and how that fits in to how we practice Christianity as gentiles today. Enjoy the episode!
