Well, you're not alone -- I'm here with you -- and I'm also here to tell you that this burnt out, overwhelmed, stressed-out mindset is NOT the vibe. I've recently started making the decision to NOT be overwhelmed (and yes, it's a decision) -- by re-evaluating my to dos, determining what's key, and figuring out how I can best maximize my time
Being overwhelmed and busy and burnt out is not a badge of honor. Feeling stressed is not something we should be proud of. Being efficient, effective, and sharing 100% of ourselves with the world is the vibe. It's the reality a lot of us would like to create
