Sensitive Change Makers

Ep 6: Small shifts in how you see mistakes and failures

Listen Later

How many times do you go to take action in your business only to pull back because you're scared of making 'mistakes', 'failing' or being told you're wrong?

I knew at the start of my business, I played it safe and pulled back from actions that I saw as too scary because I didn't want to look silly or get it wrong.

It's completely normal as our brains will do everything to keep us in our patterns and habits but what if going towards these so-called mistakes and failures actually lead the way to your greatest successes?

In this solo episode, I get really honest about some of my fears and worries about starting a coaching business and a podcast.

I also delve into:

  • Why our brains love to keep us safe
  • Examples of people who succeeded through failing multiple times
  • How to shift how you see failure and mistakes
  • How you can take a small step towards your big goal
