We women are so hard on ourselves! One of the big underlying causes for not feeling good enough is comparison. Not just against others, but ourselves too.

I will share how this can show up for you, having the awareness of your triggers and shift your perspective with some tools that can help you start to love on the beautiful woman that you are.
