hey hey, friends... 

Obviously, this topic isn't the easiest, and with all the automatic judgments on the word "addiction", I was hesitant to even post/create this. But, I believe my story, my struggle, and my insight about trying to become sober can possibly help someone out there.  In this episode, we talk about everything from how it started, what an addiction really is, who it affects, and how it can happen to anyone. The guilt, the resentment, and the willpower. All of it and everything in between. 

It's not an easy thing to talk about but I do want to thank anyone who's listening. 
It's a journey and I am learning every step of the way.
