[00:10:39] The soul speaks to us through the body, through the language of emotion.
[00:10:54] what stands in the way are our chaotic emotions that are difficult and unpleasant to feel
[00:11:15] But the Greeks found a solution to this. And it was in mythology
[00:12:59] to help your ego, your king in the courtroom you need to EMPOWER HIM with LOGOS
[00:15:00] Nietzsche spotted those who were too weak of will chose to wage war on their nature (and ours)
[00:15:42] By bringing order to this we can perhaps begin to beautify our passions to spiritualize them
[00:16:20] Through logos, we can bring order to these emotions and be better able to listen to our instincts and create a deeper harmony within ourselves.
