critical.
Here are the exact questions:
• Is there another way of looking at this situation?
• How would someone else think of this event?
• What would be the worst thing to happen if my feelings were true?
• Am I considering all factors, not just what are the most obvious ones?
Step 3 — Choose a Realistic Reframe
Find a neutral, believable thought that expands your body instead of contracting it.
Step 4 — Feel the Shift
Ask:
• How does this new perspective feel in my body?
• What becomes possible now?
• What supportive step do I want to take next?
