So…in the last episode, I told you the story of the time I fired my entire team in a single day. But what happened next…that’s an even crazier story.
Building a team is not easy. Figuring out the hiring process that works best for you takes a lot of trial and error…and while I was going through trials, I made MANY errors.
Including, at one point, accidentally hiring a completely different person than I meant to hire.
You don’t know what you don’t know. Luckily, I’m here to share the lessons I learned along the way…so you don’t have to learn them the hard way. Let’s talk about the early stages of me figuring out my hiring process.
