So. You’ve finally built a team…but now there are more issues to tackle.

Things are slipping through the cracks. Mistakes are being made. And you’re not only feeling frustrated with these shortcomings…you’re feeling angry. Let down. Disrespected, even.

It can be easy to sink into catastrophic thinking when your team makes mistakes, even small ones…I know I used to respond that way to every tiny mishap. But when I released those feelings of panic and started approaching the situation with curiosity instead, everything turned around for us.

So…in the last episode, I told you the story of the time I fired my entire team in a single day. But what happened next…that’s an even crazier story.

Building a team is not easy. Figuring out the hiring process that works best for you takes a lot of trial and error…and while I was going through trials, I made MANY errors.

Including, at one point, accidentally hiring a completely different person than I meant to hire.

You don’t know what you don’t know. Luckily, I’m here to share the lessons I learned along the way…so you don’t have to learn them the hard way. Let’s talk about the early stages of me figuring out my hiring process.
