1. I acknowledge my role as a mom but I understand in order to operate in my full capacity I need to prioritize my needs first.

2. I am a good mom that is always open and learning to be better.

3. I will not compare my parenting or my kids to anyone else’s. I’m gonna do me and my kids are awesome!
