In this episode I am joined by special guests Sarah McNamara and Nicola McCleery.
Back in February both Sarah and Nicola were unsure as to what Hyrox really was but in the space of 4 months they qualified and took part in the World Championships in Nice - an amazing journey in such a short space of time!
We chat with the girls on how their training was, qualifying for the world champs, the world champs themsleves and also their future Hyrox plans!
