I had the best time on this episode today with my very own Dietitian Ange Clark who works with women going through perimenopause.
I have been working with Ange for my own personal journey for the last 4 months as I had hit rockbottom with understanding perimenopause and what was happening with my body. I didn't know how to eat anymore, I didn't know how to fuel my body for exercise and I was exhausted.
Today I shared some of my journey with Ange and the transformation I have had really learning about this part of my health journey as a midlife woman and how learning about nutrition for perimenopause totally changed the game for me.
There is no quick fix, there is not one thing you have to do to manage this better and lose the weight it is a combination of various components which Ange talks about.
Ange is also launching a new round of her Signature program 'Finding Your Wings' and it starts on 12th February 2024 and I have put all the details below here for you to learn more about this program and also more about how Ange could help support you.
What I can share is that my life has changed for ever and I did the work, I was committed for myself and the rewards were more then I could have ever expected and I am not yet done!
Don't give up on yourself if you have hit 40 and beyond and let go on the negative chatter, old beliefs and stories and take back charge of your health and life!
