When I was interviewing Danial Aldrich about the disaster resultant communities, he mentioned Boulder Colorado and the BOCO Strong program. I had to learn more. So I reached out to the program and Tiernan Doyle called me back. I am so happy that I got to meet Tiernan and learn about the great work that she is doing in Boulder and how the whole community has come together. Boulder Colorado Strong or BOCO Strong at they call it is an outstanding model program that we all should be looking at.
