At this point, hopefully I’ve convinced you that you do have beliefs (because we all do) and that these beliefs can either serve you or hinder you.
A limiting belief is anything that doesn't feel good. I believe that things, and life, gets to feel good.
There are two types of Limiting Beliefs:
The best way to identify a limiting belief: Does this thing that I think, ultimately, feel good? When I think something, does it feel heavy, sticky, intense, or uncomfortable?
