The nurturing power of sleep
There is only so much that the body can do; so what it needs the most is the replenishment of good sleep. We cannot underestimate the importance of getting enough sleep because that's how our body heals. Like the mind, the body also deserves to be refreshed, to be refueled. Give the body the respect it deserves by learning that it, too, needs time for a momentary shutdown.
