Erica Joy combines 18 years of experience in successfully creating, leading, and executing scalable systems in luxury real estate operations for some of the top brands in the nation throughout the years. She earned a Masters of Communication Management degree from USC Annenberg School of Communication & Journalism, where she grew a passion for change management and marketing communications. Currently, she is a strategic consultant for 30+ real estate boutiques across the country as a Business Manager for Side, Inc. When she is not driving companies towards growth and success, she can be found surfing, running, and cycling somewhere in Southern California.
