When we think about our life and our experiences, there can be various events that occur where it can challenge our mind and trigger our feelings of jealousy or envy.
Some may use this feeling or trigger as a motivator to push and strive to be the best versions of ourselves and for some become overwhelmed and/or feeling inadequate. The common reasons where this may happen are usually around career, relationships, social status and money.
However, did you know that jealousy and envy can exist simultaneously but they are actually 2 different emotions.
While it is fine to feel jealousy and envy as long as you understand the feelings and know how to overcome them. However, it’s when you let those emotions take over you and it leads to either you creating negative thoughts towards yourself or towards others. This is the area we want to talk about.
