This happens so often, we are on a roll with exercise, doing great & feeling motivated, then boom. Something happens, life gets busier & more stressful & exercise is the first thing we drop to free up some time. I know that this comes from a place of trying to create more time and energy, but truthfully it has the opposite effect.
