This week I loved talking all things 'gut' with Dr Cecelia Kitic Director of Fertile Gut and who also has a PHD in Exercise Immunology.

When I started to work with my dietitian Ange Clark who you was on the podcast a few weeks ago, I was focused on my own health and was recommended to use two products to improve my gut health and I couldn’t be happier with the results.   

With a PhD in Exercise Immunology,  Dr Cecilia Kitic  has published over 80 papers researching immunonutrition, endocrinology, gut health and inflammation. Cecilia has a background as an academic, lecturing and researching and applies this in clinical practice with her multidisciplinary team at The IVF Project to enhance fertility and reproductive health.

Cecilia is also the Director of Fertile Gut which delivers scientifically formulated compounds to optimise the gut microbiome for better health. 


In combination with clinical practice, Cecilia has presented at numerous National and International conferences and is co-author of Create a Fertile Gut, a book that explores strategies to optimise our gut microbiome for better reproductive health
