About Biz and Joey

Joey and Biz are two of the company's founding employees. They have worn several hats at Dubsado, from creating systems and teams to dealing directly with business owners, among other things. Joey and Biz both agree that people are at the heart of everything we do, including both clients and employees. With that conviction, their aim is to lead from a position of empathy and accessibility. Biz is in charge of Human Resources, while Joey is in charge of Sales, and they collaborate on all things Partnerships, Philanthropy, and other-people-focused projects.
