We sat down with Sam Webb, Sam is an Actor, Keynote Speaker, and Mental Health Advocate, who Co-Founded livin.org, you may know him from his role on Neighbours, or more recently his appearance on Australian Survivor. Sam is also the co-author of, Transformation: Turning Tragedy into Triumph and the Host of his podcast "It Ain't Weak To Speak " where he interviews guests from all over the world about ways to live a better life.
