EP 67 : Productivity Bites: How to say ‘no’ to protect your schedule from distractions
We all know the feeling. You’re sitting at your desk, staring down the long list of tasks you need to get done today, and you can’t help but feel overwhelmed.
It seems like there are an infinite number of things clamoring for your attention- emails from work, social media notifications from friends or family members, or worst of all: phone calls from unknown numbers and unimportant emails come in at all hours of the day. It feels like if you don’t answer or respond to them them right away they'll just keep coming until it becomes a never-ending stream that drowns out everything else in life.
But what if we told you there was a way to say ‘no’ without feeling guilty? In this episode, I’ll talk about how to protect your schedule from distractions and how to own your calendar so you can be more productive.
