There is nothing so permanent as a temporary government program. Much like the original income tax in 1913, today's proposals of tracking $600 accounts and taxing unrealized capital gains won't only apply to the rich and in relatively small amounts for long. But, at least Michael Myers won't kill us; we are straight.
