Hi friends! Today's episode is based off of some recent things I've been learning in Chinese medicine and history classes! I thought this approach to health was so interesting and really resonated with it's emphasis on yin and yang/balance. This made me re-think how to go about this "winter grind season" in actually a more restorative and reflective way that I really enjoyed. I hope this episode inspires you to think about your own imbalances in your routine and give some thought on how to balance them out more. Happy listening!
