Angel Shannon (Mama Angel) talks about bringing feminine energy and maternal love to the world through radical self-love and compassion.

Angel has been in media, communications and promotions for 30+ years. her primary goals have shifted from marketing to public speaking. She currently has a series of speaking engagements entitled: "Rebalance, Refresh, Reenergize your Life's Passion".

She loves to get out in front of a bunch of stressed-out women and help them shed the pressure. Her ultimate dream would be to have a women's day retreat and yes, she’s already created my preferred sessions, menu, peaceful location, handouts and the day's itinerary. A little visualization/manifestation is always good, right?
