Christopher Bennett is the Executive Chef of Street Feud in Avanti Food and Beverage (incubator food hall) in Denver, CO. His alter ego is Emcee 3Two, an acclaimed hip hop artist and performer. He credits family early on with inspiring him to cook. Then a harsh instructor at culinary school tried to break him, but he was not deterred. We hop on a call with Spike Billings, a Brooklyn kid, who Chef Bennett credits as one of his #UnsungHospitalityHeroes
