I wasn’t sure I had it in me to record this episode. I sat down feeling distracted and heavy, dealing with personal stuff, but I reminded myself of a truth I come back to all the time: you don’t have to feel motivated to start. You just have to start.
In this episode, I talk about what it looks like to hijack your own productivity, especially on the days when you don’t feel like doing anything. I share the little systems I lean on to keep going when I’m not feeling inspired, how I manage my energy and nervous system, and what I’ve learned about showing up even when it’s hard.
