EP. 7: Intersection between Martial Arts and Yoga with Gary Grisham

Listen Later

Gary Grisham is a friend, a teacher, and a brother.

Gary is a practitioner of many different forms of Martial Arts and Movement including Tong Soo Do, Budokon, Yoga, Locomotion, Jiu Jitsu among many more disciplines. Gary is currently traveling and teaching students the skills and techniques he has learned on his movement journey. Gary is a lover of fun and brings an opportunity for play wherever he goes. During the episode he characterizes himself as a "professional kid" which is a label I would be glad to have.

In this episode Gary and I discuss the intersection between Martial Arts and Yoga, and how these practices can be integrated into each other, and into our lives as a whole. I hope you enjoy this episode with my dear brother Gary.
