In this episode we get to sit down with Eric Sipes!
Eric is an Acro Yoga teacher, an Acrobatic Performer, a Photographer and Videographer, and he is a wonderful human.
During the episode we get to discuss some of Eric's origins as a yogi and acrobat, his perspectives on communication and how one's ability to communicate can enhance or affect their relationships, and we discuss the esoteric phrase "as above, so below" and how it relates to the very real relationship of supporting someone in mid air.

Gary Grisham is a friend, a teacher, and a brother.
Gary is a practitioner of many different forms of Martial Arts and Movement including Tong Soo Do, Budokon, Yoga, Locomotion, Jiu Jitsu among many more disciplines. Gary is currently traveling and teaching students the skills and techniques he has learned on his movement journey. Gary is a lover of fun and brings an opportunity for play wherever he goes. During the episode he characterizes himself as a "professional kid" which is a label I would be glad to have.

Alex Beaslay is a deeply skilled French dancer who is proficient in many styles of dance. He is best known for his mastery of House dance. He has many accolades including winning first place at the 2019 Kings of New York dance competition in the House Category.
Alex teaches House Dance classes at the Motion Collective on the Avenue in Baltimore Maryland. Alex is also a certified Holistic Health and Life Coach who focuses on helping his clients change their mindsets and habits.
