In this episode I am talking about how we can allow ourselves to be in our emotions, to embrace them, process them and work through them so we can take care of our emotional needs without resorting to toxic behaviour as a coping mechanism.
When we feel heavy emotions that we don’t want to face, it is important that we don’t push them away or bury them but that we truly are present in them and find a safe outlet for these emotions so that we are able to look after our emotional needs in a healthy way.
