Tiera is a native of Columbus Ohio. She graduated from Columbus State Community College with an associates in Business Management. She is currently attending Mount Vernon Nazarene University earning a Bachelors in Social Work. Tiera is also a Certified Life Coach and Certified Mental Health First Aider .

Evolve Beautifully LLC was created to help individuals realize and reach their full potential in their career  and in their relationships with others along with the relationships they have with themselves with a focus on self-love and self- care. Her services also include resume building and interview preparation.

God is at the center of Evolve Beautifully and he uses Tiera as a vessel of inspiration and love. Tiera believes that the true prize is beginning to see yourself as God sees you and learning to love yourself accordingly.
