We will be going through a deeper understanding of spirituality through meditation, breathwork and lucid dreaming, and guiding us will be breathwork expert and teacher Erik Casano as he shares his experience and knowledge to us and to widen our information and the benefits of his expertise—inner and spiritual healing.

Erik Casano is the founder of Aquarian Alchemy– Online School for Lucid Dreaming and Breathwork. He is also an Audio Engineer in Casano Productions, former stagehand at PK Musik, transcriber and production assistant at 495 productions, former assistant engineer at spiral recording and pacifique studios. He is a musician, producer, wellness coach and breathwork teacher, he is also a cancer survivor and dreams to teach for free.
