Happy New Year! In this episode, I reflect on last year and suggest that despite the pain and loss, there are silver linings to be found. Personally, I spent a LOT of time alone at the beginning of lockdown (I live with my wonderful fiancé Andrew, but while I was sent to work from home right away in March, he continued to work long hours), and it forced me to realize a ton of things about myself. I ask you questions to help you reflect on YOUR 2020, and how you're looking forward to 2021. 

2020 was the lesson - 2021 is where we apply our learning.
