This week on Coaching Routes Podcast, we were joined by Xavier University Head Coach, Travis Steele. Coach Steele talks about his long and unorthodox route to becoming the Xavier University head coach. He talks about his stops as a high school assistant, AAU coach and Junior College assistant which could be considered unique stops for becoming a high-major Division I head coach. Coach Steele touches on the importance of finding ways to stick out, living in the gym, spending time with the players and being organized as keys to getting where he is today. It was an honor to have some time with him.
