In this informative podcast, Brittany Kramme from The Right Hand of a Realtor shares valuable insights on how independent assistants and transaction coordinators can thrive in a slow real estate market. With a focus on building financial security and stability for yourself and your family, Brittany offers practical tips and strategies that can serve as a blueprint for those looking to start a successful career as an independent VA or TC.
Brittany’s career in real estate began in 2014 when she got licensed & teamed up with a local residential real estate agent. She sold real estate full-time for many years, and it wasn’t until she started having children that she realized she wanted more freedom & flexibility in her career. In 2019, Brittany opened her virtual real estate assistant & transaction coordinator business in addition to selling real estate, essentially creating a hybrid real estate lifestyle. As her business grew, she was able to be more present with her family and still contribute financially. Today, Brittany teaches other women how to do the same. As a full-time real estate assistant & transaction coordinator coach, she teaches women how to support Realtors® as a VA/TC with no prior experience or a license required.
With her background & experience, Brittany teaches her community the daily standards and client experience Realtors® are expected to deliver and how essential support roles can be to helping agents avoid burnout & reaching success.
Brittany’s here today because she’s on a mission to educate Realtors® & Brokers about the benefits of virtual support options and how they can positively impact an agent's life & business at a reasonable cost.
