There are fast, slow, high, and low periods that life will take us through and then there are ruts. Ruts are those foggy times when we feel stuck and unable to make any moves in either direction. These times can be felt in your job, your marriage, and your relationships. They feel tough to beat because you just don’t know how to get out of it once you’re there. If you’re in this place of immobility, you should ask yourself, “What’s really holding me back?” In this episode we’re going to discuss those things that stop us from accomplishing our goals and getting to the place we need to be. Today, we’re asking ourselves the tough questions in order to get out of the rut and continue moving forward.
